RI2K LONDON platform for India (collectively the app and the RI2K LONDON website for India – “Platform”) is made available by Accessories Trading (India) Private Limited (“our”, “us”, “we”), having its registered office at 19/1C Dargah Road, Kolkata – 700017, India. 

We value the trust the users (“you”, “your”) place in us. That is why we insist upon the highest standards for secure transactions and privacy of customer information. Please read the following policy to learn about our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Note: Our Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time without notice. To make sure you are aware of any changes, please review this policy periodically. We will also notify you on your registered email if we make changes to our Privacy Policy that relates to how we manage your information.

By visiting our Platform you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our Platform.

By mere use of the Platform, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Use.

  1. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information and other Information
    1. Data added by you. 

When you use our Platform, we collect and store your personal information which is provided by you from time to time. Our primary goal in doing so is to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our Platform to make your experience safer and easier. More importantly, while doing so we collect personal information from you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose.

    1. Financial data.
      1. If you transact with us, we use Razorpay to process your payments. Through Razorpay’s interface, you may choose to provide your financial data such as a billing address, your credit / debit card number and a credit / debit card expiration date and/ or other payment instrument details like UPI credentials and tracking information from cheques or money orders in accordance with applicable law.
      2. We do not store your financial data on our servers. Your financial data may be stored on the server of Razorpay, our payment service provider. We recommend that you acquaint yourself with Razorpay’s policies. The use, management, and security of your financial data will be subject to Razorpay’s privacy policy and terms and conditions, and as such, you agree to hold us harmless for any harms arising out of Razorpay’s activities in relation to your data. 
    1. Feedback and other data.
      1. If you choose to post messages on our message boards, chat rooms or other message areas or leave feedback, we will collect that information you provide to us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.
      2. If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Platform, we will retain such correspondence as your information. All obligations related to retention, deletion, sharing, security will apply to the correspondence about or from you.
    1. Data collected from use of the Platform.
      1. We collect personally identifiable information (email addresses, name, phone number, and physical delivery address, from you when you set up a free account with us. While you can browse some sections of our Platform without being a registered user, certain activities (such as placing an order) do require registration. We do use your contact information to send you offers based on your previous orders and your interests.
      2. We collect information about your interactions with our Platform. This includes tracking your purchasing and browsing preferences.
      3. In general, you can browse the Platform without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature on the Platform. We may automatically track certain information about you based upon your behaviour on our Platform. We use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve our users. This information is compiled and analysed on an anonymous basis. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our Platform or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our Platform or not), your computer browser information, and your IP address.
  1. Use of Demographic / Profile Data / Your Information
    1. For customer service.
      1. We use your personal information to provide the services you request. To the extent we use your personal information to market to you, we will provide you the ability to opt-out of such uses. Please write to us at cs@ri2k.london if you wish to opt out of receiving our marketing and promotional information. 
      2. We use your personal information to resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; help promote a safe service; collect money; measure consumer interest in our products and services, inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates; customize your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; enforce our terms and conditions; and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.
      3. In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we collect and analyse demographic and profile data about our users’ activity on our Platform.
      4. We will occasionally ask you to complete optional online surveys. These surveys may ask you for contact information and demographic information (like pin code, age, or income level). We use this data to tailor your experience at our Platform, providing you with content that we think you might be interested in and to display content according to your preferences.
    1. Data sharing.

We may, with your consent, access your SMS, contacts in your directory, location and device information. We may share this data with our affiliates. In the event that consent to this such use of data is withdrawn in the future, we will stop collection of such data but continue to store the data and use it for internal purposes to further improve our services.

  1. Sharing of Personal Information
    1. To third parties. 
      1. We may share your personal information with our other corporate entities and affiliates. These entities and affiliates may market to you as a result of such sharing unless you explicitly opt-out. 
      2. We share your personal information with our logistics partner to fulfil your orders. This includes your name, address, contact information, and product(s) details.
      3. We will not sell your personal information to any third party. 
      4. We may disclose personal information to third parties. This disclosure may be required for us to provide you access to our Services, to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our User Agreement, to facilitate our marketing and advertising activities, or to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities related to our Services. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing and advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
    1. As required by law.
      1. We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to summons, court orders, or other legal processes. We may disclose personal information to law enforcement offices, third party rights owners, or others in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy; respond to claims that an advertisement, posting or other content violates the rights of a third party; or protect the rights, property or personal safety of our users or the general public.
    1. In case of a merger, restructuring, etc.
      1. We and our affiliates will share / sell some or all of your personal information with another business entity should we (or our assets) plan to merge with, or be acquired by that business entity, or re-organization, amalgamation, restructuring of business. Should such a transaction occur, that other business entity (or the new combined entity) will be required to follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information.
  1. Security Precautions

Our Platform has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Whenever you change or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. Once your information is in our possession we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.

  1. Your rights 

It is important to us that you remain in control of your data. Please write to us at cs@ri2k.london if you wish to exercise any of your rights provided below:  

    1. Right to rectification. In the event that any personal data provided by you is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, then you shall have the right to provide us with the accurate, complete and up to date data and have us rectify such data at our end immediately. We urge you to ensure that you always provide us with accurate and correct information to ensure that your use of our Platform is uninterrupted.  
    2. Right to erasure. You have the right to demand us to erase your personal data and we will do so without undue delay, provided that the data is no longer required by us and there is no legal requirement to retain the data. Do note that multiple legal basis may exist in parallel and we may still have to retain certain personal data at any time, despite your request to delete it.  
    3. Right to confirmation and access. You can seek a confirmation from us as to whether any of your personal data is being or has been processed. If we are processing such data, then you may ask us for summary of such processed data. You also have the right to ask us for a brief summary of our processing activities.
    4. Right to withdraw consent. You may write to us at cs@ri2k.london to withdraw your consent to any specific data processing. However, please note that, you may not be able to access certain parts of the Platform, as well as certain services from on the Platform if you withdraw your consent. Do note that despite your withdrawal request, we may continue to retain and store your data. 
    5. Right to opt-out. We provide all users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us on behalf of our partners, and from us in general, after setting up an account. If you want to remove your contact information from all www.ri2k.london mailing lists, messaging lists, and newsletters, please “Unsubscribe” from the Platform.
  1. Your Consent
    1. By using the Platform and or by providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the Platform in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to your consent for sharing your information as per this Privacy Policy.
    2. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. Your continued use of our services and Platform shall be considered your consent to the modified Privacy Policy.
